Bottom line: not very good. A Celeron processor just doesn't have the power to drive vista. 1 gb ram is not sufficient for vista either (or for a lot of new software) - go for 2 gb. 80 gb hard disk is something most vendors replace with 120 or 160 gb for free these days.
Look at lenovo R series laptops if you have someone who can get you one from the US. I saw some very good deals on good config lenovos while shopping around for someone.
