Are you pretty much sure that you have installed the 32 Bit version of the Windows OS? the error you specified suggests that you are not installing the appropriate version. Please first check your OS version whether it is 32Bit or 64Bit and accordingly download the Jaws version. To check your OS version, use Windows+Pause key.
