Sir / Madam, I want clarification regarding 'online disability certificate', 'unique ID card', and 'railway smaart card'. I have tried to find out details about these documents but I am failed to get satisfied information. Plese share the respective links if anyone having the same! I have following questions mainly - 1 is 'Unique ID card' and 'Rilway smart card' are one and same? 2 should persons having disability certificate issued by civil sersion apply for 'online disability certificate' again? 3 has anyone received 'unique ID card' who has applied for the same?
