b. What is wrong
c. The list of complaints/notices that you have given the provider with 
attachments and their responses. Ask others who have been discussing on this 
group whether they have sent any complaints/notices and get these too.    

When will you have the above 3 ready? Put a time limit of your choice. 
Lets talk when you are half way through the above exercise.

Dear all,

We must not tolerate inaccessibility any more. All users are not advanced users 
of assistive technologies and web. We must demand accessibility compliance in 
all the services. It is our basic human right. We must start filing PIL against 
such organizations. Otherwise things will not change much. Services in US and 
other developed countries have accessible services because several PILs are 
being filed there. We should start agitating against these organizations to 
change the senario. It is fassion of all the government organization to falsely 
clame that their portal is accessibility compliant. They only know the full 
form of Guidelines. Venders of government organizations are also cheeting to 
government. Evangelist should intervene and correct them. Otherwise 
Accessibility compliance will only be on paper and government will give us 
statistic's that they have made 1000 important websites accessible and spend 
millions of rupies.

Please demand complete accessibility compliance not any capcha like things. I 
will provide proof of non compliance if required for complain.
