Hello Rajesh, As much as I know, user does not need to focus on a specific area of a note. Just have the focus on the note and it should be able to capture and announce the value.
I would highly recommend try out the app. Being a person with low vision, I have used app's magnifier feature a lot and pretty cool. Also, I have demonstrated the app at a few places and people have really found it useful.
