I take out my phone switch on my app and then start examining the currency one by one. The ambiance sound is so loud that I cannot hear what talk back or voice over is saying. Person in the counter and the people behind start becoming impatient. I believe as Vasu said, I would use the app to arrange the currency in my purse at home at the start of the day but while transacting the app might not particularly useful in many day to day situations. Agreed, no substitute for actual accessible currency. Further the app is of no use to people who do not own a smart phone. That could be a huge number. I am not trying to discredit the splendid efforts put in by Shilpi and her team.
