Correct, its better to use u p I apps to pay the BSES bills. if the device has the google pay app, do the following. 1. open the app and login using the pin or finger print. 2. tap on new. 3. in the search area, type BSES and look for the results by swiping left/write. 4. tap the 1 which you wanted to pay the bill. 5. follow the on screen instructions.
