I file the return myself. I just filed it. In fact, for captcha, they have given us otp on our registered mobile. For this, on the login page, check the box which says something like disabled only. When we check it, we can login without filling in captcha and as we login, we have to click on continue button after which an otp is sent to our mobile phone.
