Hi aparna, did you study that PDF file which I had send with my previous email? You wrote them 3 months ago but I talked with them only one month ago. They own suggested me that I should contact saksham if I want to order any product from them. I also surprise bat what arrangements the RNIB need to export their products / books to other country and why? And yes, maxi aids also is a solution to order products from abroad because they deliver world wide as per my knowledge. However the courier charges may be very hi to order from foreign countries.
