Though whatever happened with the girl is highly unfortunate, but it
doesn't make the negligence on her part any less.
The RBI and all other banks have been saying for many years through
various modes of advertising that one should never share the card
details with anyone on phone as nobody from the bank will ever ask for
them.
Still, if people choose to live in blissful ignorance, then sorry to
say, but they themselves are giving a weak spot to the criminals to
attack.
