Hi Maruti, In a 14 inch layout the second key from the top-right should be Ins. You can confirm that by using the input help of Narrator or JAWS, for Narrator it is Caps lock + 1.
Press Ins + N > NVDA menu should pop-up > Go to Preferences, then Settings > Arrow down to keyboard settings, which should be #5 on the list. > On two - three tabs you should get the option to turn on Caps Lock as modifier key > Press Ok and try if it works.
