hi all. so i have an account in Bank of Baroda Colaba branch. i got atm card with this account. today i went to apply for a credit card they said, they dont give credit card to blind people, i am writing the words in which they said. so are we not entitled for a credit card? i got very angry and am thinking of changing the bank that i have my account to icici bank. does any1 have a credit card with icici bank or bank of baroda? is there any circular that i can show them if they dont give me the card?
