Hi, Write a complaint to ICICI bank on their website using their online grievance redressal form. Mention that if they do not comply within 30 days, you will be forced to file a complaint with RBI Ombudsman as per the provisions of RBI circular on 'Banking services to senior citizens and the disabled' dated November 9, 2017. They will surely respond.
