Hi, He can go for software testing jobs Accessibility testing, functionality testing, Quality Assurance testing, content writing,. if he he is a post graduate then Human resource is one option. These days I have noticed Visually Impaired people working as HR even if they hold post graduation in different fields other than management. I feel degree falls short before passion. You can ask him to register on Sarathi rozgar portal and a typical advantage These are jobs portals for Person's with Disabilities. I don't know how many people have got placement through these portals. You can send me your brother's updated resume and I will check if i can forward in to my current company's PWD recruitment cell and arrange candidate screening proceedure for him.
