Hi, Complaint with RBI Ombudsman can be lodged at www.cms.rbi.org.in However, please note: 1. RBI Ombudsman will accept complaint only if you have given written complaint to your bank and bank has not resolved your complaint within 30 days. 2. RBI Ombudsman handles complaint if there is any fault of the bank. For frauds happening due to carelessness of customers such as sharing of OTP, PIN, passwords, etc. neither bank nor RBI is responsible. 3. If you want to learn more about financial frauds and tips to safeguard against such frauds, you can listen to audio book "Be Aware" which is published by RBI and available on sugamya pustakalaya.
