Could you please explain what is IC Passing and what is the procedure? Please share any circular/guidelines pertaining to this. I heard that the GST concession while purchasing vehicle shall be applicable based on the certificate issued by Department of Heavy Industry. Actually, we have to apply for it online. And the GST concession is applicable to only orthopaedic disabled. And in Kerala, tax exemption can be availed by all disabled for the vehicle below 7 lakhs.
