Madam, I have been filing my IT return since 2014 independently. In
between there was a captcha issue in old e-filing portal, but, I could
manage it through internet banking of punjab national bank. Last year I
have filed my return through new e-filing portal and this year with
offline utility. There is a captcha while paying self assess or advance
tax through NSDL website.
