Hi Harshit, you may understand containers as different divisions in a page.
If you take an example of watsapp, The first division starts from the edit button, second division starts from the broadcast list and the final division starts from the bottom tabs. So, you may understand it as a facilitator to jump to different sections / divisions in a page or a perticular screen.
