Hi friends, greetings of the day... I was trying to fill in the form but found the site under maintenance since 16/02 evening. Hence I googled for the site and the found https://divyangjan-rail.in/Home/Index I registered and logged into it. I couldn't find the hospital name in the combo... Friends please check into the link and suggest your opinion. I doubt whether it may be the site for Northern zone as I find no name of the hospital from Tamilnadu.
