Hi, My permanent address and the hospital which issued my disability certificate is located in Uttar Pradesh. However, I am currently posted in Maharashtra. My employer which is a regulatory/statutory body has also issued to me 'letter of allotment' for the accomodation provided by it. So, can I use the said portal of Indian Railways in its current phase?
