Hello, There should be separate guidelines for departmental exams. I mean, the condition of minimum qualification (one step below) should not be there for candidates appearing for departmental exams. Secondly, blind candidates are exempted from typing test in some cases; but in some other cases, they are appearing for the test without the screen reading software installed. Finally, consider the possibility of taking up the issue of extending the relaxations to the candidates with disabilities on par with SC/ST candidates with regard to qualifying marks in the exams. Kindly note that I am not asking these for myself. I don't need to pass any test in the near future. Thanks and regards.
