Hi Sudhir Yes, this is a run down on facts, but it does not carry us to any solution. There is no government job at all. So, no point on counting it.
In such a cenerio, makes more sense being vigilant and keenly look for opportunities and willingness to move on. Another advise would be not to squander money when going is good and run into debts if it could be avoided.
