Now we can recommend all of you to bargain on behalf of India at WTO <smile>. Our work has now just started and we need to battle out until after we get the necessary circulars both from the union govt and stat govts. I am pretty optimistic it will happen, but we need to keep the pressure on and ensure all is well recorded in the minutes.
