Hi Kanchan
I on behalf of the entire access India and on my behalf congratulate you and
all who participated in the meeting. I am sure all of you had to do hard
bargaining and talking to do to clinch this.

Now we can recommend all of you to bargain on behalf of India at WTO
<smile>.

Our work has now just started and we need to battle out until after we get
the necessary circulars both from the union govt and stat govts.

I am pretty optimistic it will happen, but we need to keep the pressure on
and ensure all is well recorded in the minutes.

Harish.
