Hello, A friend is facing a strange problem. Jaws says blank when the alt key is pressed for menu. It happens when the virtual ribbon is active. If the virtual ribbon is turned off, menu items are spoken with key tips as usual. Please suggest a solution. She is working on windows 11 and office 2019 with jaws 2022.
