Hello sir, 1. Press control +shift + m to go to the new message. 2.Press alt+ h to go to the home tab and use tab key to find out signature option or press alt + h, a,s then press spacebar to activate it. 3.use tab key to find out edit signature or new signature. I hope rest of the steps you will be able to follow. You can also use templates for signature or type your signature in Ms word and apply the formatting and copy and paste in outlook signature. Do let me know if you are using the preview version of outlook.
