Friends, I've made this petition for creating a safe environment for both the person with disability, and stray animals who often bites and attack the blind and other vulnerable physically challenged people. This also creates financial burden for treatment, and also have a threat of rabies infection or other dreadful disease due to such bites. I request you to sign this petition, and if you know that any such online petition already exists, then please share the same on the list. I would like to take this petition back, and sign that petition rather.
