There are legal issues involved in removing or relocating stray dogs from their usual habitat. The issue of animal rights has been debated in the apex court multiple times, but it has never been contested from the point of view of free movement and accessibility for persons with visual impairment. It can be defenetly argued in the court of law for a logical conclusion.
