hi, I would also vote for you should teach your wife how to drive. Literacy can be tought. Enrole her to a driving school. Purchase a new, or a second hand car. Thats totally up to you. But, the thing I want to add. Is that, Purchase a car which have a safety rating of 5stars or atleest 4stars. From Globel N cap. Because, accidents can happen anytime no matter how good the driver. I know, here, people might say that, The exident can happen and no body can save you. But, with a good build quality of a car can even increase your survival chances to 1%. Why not go with it?.
