smart watch doesnt have a full thing called android it doesnt support all the apps that work on your phone, but it has ware os which is a slimmed down version of android and there are some apps made for it. talkback works on ware os. to be sure, pixel watches, samsung galaxy watch 4 and newer, some garmen and fossel watches have ware os. but fitness bands dont have them because they are extremely low powered. so if you see a smart watch with ware os or apple watch os it is accessable. but some or most of the smart watch work only with the phone of the manufacturer like, apple watch will only work with ios. samsung galaxy watch will work with other android phones but for blood oxygen and ecg you will only need it to be used with a samsung phone, how ever there are ways to go around this by installed a moded apk of samsung health on the phone and watch pixel watches only work with pixel phones, they may work on other android phones but with limited features.
