or you can go for the samsung galaxy watch 6 but 1 thing to consider, ware os watches cant work with apple phone as the ware os watches require respected apps to be installed on the phone like the pixel watch requires the pixel watch app and the fitbit app on the phone, the samsung galaxy watch requires galaxy wareable and samsung health moniter app but correct me if i am wrong ios users, iphone doesnt have pixel watch app or galaxy wareable watch or health moniter app for apple. so ware os watches will only work properly on android phone and apple watch os will only work properly on iphones
