Even I too faced such problem, it is very simple my DRM ID card was issued on 25/02/2020 at that my age was 46 presently when I tried to book ticket it was showing 49 in IRCTC app but on January 2024 I completed 50 years for me also the same message was displayed (age & DOB miss matching) then once I entered manually age of 50 years in IRCTC ap but only once I entered manually then onwards it is going fine so try to enter current age not the age on DRM card, if still not solved contact me.
