Hello, If I remember correctly, jaws OCR was available with version 18. Press application key on the file and arrow down to the option convenient OCR with jaws, and press entr on it. Allow a few seconds and jaws should start reading.
If it does not work, then you should use advance versions of adobe acrobat reader or jaws. Normally jaws reads any text pdf file. The OCR feature is required for scanned pdf files only.
