Despite her thorough preparation, she faced significant obstacles due to technical issues and negligence at the examination center. The computer-based test was scheduled from 2:00 p.m. to 4:40 p.m. However, the systems didn't function until 4:30 p.m., and even then, they failed to work reliably. My friend couldn't upload her required documents to be uploaded at the end of the exam due to the system was not designed in away where extra time is given for visually impaired person, and she was forcibly removed from the center at 7:30 p.m. with the help of police without being able to complete the exam. This incident highlights the lack of accessibility and preparedness in our examination systems. I request your guidance on the steps my friend can take to address this issue.Your suggestions and support would be invaluable in helping my friend seek justice and ensuring that such incidents are prevented in the future.
