Why did you not open the box in presence of delivery person before giving him 
cash?
I am not sure whether this could help but you may lodge a complaint with 
National consumer helpline on their tolfree number 1915 or 1800114000.
You could tell your issue to the CC representative and he/she will lodge a 
complaint on your behalf. Or you yourself could visit their website and make a 
complaint with all details.

All providers like Amazon, Flipkart, Airtel or any company answer to complaints 
lodged through NCH.

  hi all,
  on 15TH of june, I gwas suppoze to get my new nekbands (BoAt rockers 255 Max) 
. Just 2 days before, My Boalt audio nekbands. Stopped working abruptly. I had 
no option but to order new one. So, like any other person. I wipped out my 
phone, opened amazon. And, ordered those neckbands.On 15TH (the delivery date) 
. My package comes to me. And, we hands 1100RS. to the delivery guy. After 
opening the box. I see that. Insted of those neckbands, I have got organic 
besan (something which is used to make pakodas) . I called the customer service 
of the amazon. They listened to me. And, told me that. I have to waight for 3 
Days. I said that. I cannot do that. Please do it early. As, I had a very 
important work. But, still, as they insisted, I weighted for 3 days. Exactly 72 
hours. As, the settelment process of money takes time.  But, thankfully mine 
was done within 24 hours. After that they told me to upload the pictures of the 
product. And, now, waight for 3 days. 72 hours. So, I agreed and I waighted for 
72 hours. And, I called them on 20ETH. They did there inwestigation in those 
past days (from 16TH till 19TH) . I was ok that. They had just sent a rong 
product no problem. But, what came next was very shocking. So, when I called 
them on 20TH. They told me that. They have done the inwestigation and the 
product is correct. According to them, I have got the neckbands insted of that 
organic bessan. I tried reazenning with them. That its not true. But, they said 
that. The inwestigation was only one time. And, they had done that. So, here I 
am. I have given them 1100 RS. And, still dint got the dezired product. I asked 
them for any photo or video of inwestigation. They said that. They dont have 
that.
  Can anyone atleest help me in getting a refund of it? or atleest the product? 
please. As, its 1100 RS. Its not about the money. But, about the trooth.
  Please help me if possible
