hi all, just today. I got this from national consoomer helpline. the rezult as follows. Company Remark : Dear Sir, Based on your complaint and on investigation with the internal teams, we find that the correct and complete product ordered by you was delivered to you as on June 15,2024 in intact condition. Accordingly, neither replacement order nor refund can be initiated. Further, it is submitted that our role is limited to that of an intermediary and we are not the seller/manufacturer, the products listed on our e-commerce marketplace are sold by independent third-party sellers. In view of the above, the issue stands closed. Thank You.
