Dear Friend,
Kindly follow the following steps to access form 10IA.
1. Login to the Income-tax e-filing website.
2. After logging in, go to the E-file option on the dashboard.
3. In the e-file option, choose the second one "File Income tax forms"
4. In the File Income Tax Forms option, select the first one, "File Form"
5. A new page will open with 3 main options. Select the second option
"People without income from business/profession"
6. A list of available forms is displayed. The first form is form 10IA.
7. After opening the form, follow the on-screen prompts to fill the form
& upload the blindness certificate/ UDID card.
8. Verify the form 10IA using ADHAAR based OTP or Net banking or other
suitable verification option.

Yes, I created a tutorial using NVDA for filling out Form 10 I

The portal experience is dependent upon whether you are NVDA
user vs other screen reader users. For instance Form 10IA is
terrible if used with Jaws.
