National association for the blind Worli sea face Mumbai they have a rehabilitation centre wing as well which is near famous studio at Mahalaxmi if you first visit the safest office they will guide you to the rehabilitation centre and their after the vision lost they have a rehabilitation complete program which includes all independent living skills mobility and other skills also they train for if someone wants to go for massager and physiotherapy and other such forces as well so if you can contact him and your friend and their family can go there and have a talk with them and can take it forward from there thank you hope this helps
