Hai Kavita: The problem is solved thanks to some repeated and frantic hitting of the return key. After a while, I recognised this problem --this happens all the time when I try and open links on websites. Shift+enter, as some our friends suggested, didn't work either.

I guess it may be that the pop ups are blocking that. Press Control+shift+enter, or control+shift+m after clicking on the menu. Hope it works out.
