Hi mr. sabramani. Well, might be, but my problem was solved even in the first call. What more I can suggest you that please do call on the same number from mobile. Reason is that when we call from land line, it get connects on a different server, while from mobile it goes on to a different area. As is my experience, the executives at mobile side seems to be more qualified and helpful. Try this, hope your problem will solve.
