Hi, Yes, a multi-user authorisation is required for this. Also, there is step-by-step instructions given in the jaws help topics for setting up a network. On the jaws window, press alt + h to bring up the help menue. Press enter on the "jaws help topics". Down arrow till you reach the 11th item called "Network Jaws". Press the right arrow to open the book and go through the topics.
