Dear Friend Actually speaking, your phone gets rid of viruses, using the different anti virus softwares.
But the data, which you have backed up is infected with virus. That's the reason, the moment you restore the data, the virus pops up again. To resolve this either you will need to go to a professional person, who will clean your data & then restore. Who may charge you a BOM. Or you will have to compromise with loosing your data. This is really not the option, we would be looking or opting for, but that's how the fact is. The above mentioned fact, is from my experience, hope you get a better option.
