Subject: [AI] say goodbye to all spelling errors and enjoy error free
typing!

good morning accessindia ( at least it was morning when i was writing
this article anyways)

today, as my first review, i'd like to cover a program which can check
spellings in any aplication.
the program is called tiny spell. it comes in 2 versions freeware, and
a payde1. i'm gonna talk about the free version ( and no, it have no
limitations )

the more details and the downloadable copy of this program can be found at.

www.tinyspell.m6.net/

introduction :-

Occasionally you need to check spelling in an application that does
not include a spelling checker and you don't want to launch your word
processor just
for that. This is when tinySpell becomes handy. It is a small utility
that allows you to easily and quickly check and correct the spelling
in any Windows
application.
tinySpell can watch your typing on the fly and alert you whenever it
detects a misspelled word. It can also check the spelling of text that
you copy to
the clipboard.
tinySpell installs itself in the system tray for easy access. It comes
with an American-English dictionary containing more than 110,000
words.

Correcting a misspelled word is also simple:
When a misspelled word is detected, click the tinySpell icon or press
the hot-key to pop up a list of suggested replacement words.
( the default hot key is down arrow and i've kept it unchanged )

 If the misspelled word
is detected during on-the-fly checking or after a word is copied to
the clipboard you can select a correction from the list. The selected
word is inserted
into your document, or is copied to the clipboard (so you can paste it
in your document), or both (depending on your settings).

tinySpell comes in two variants:
• tinySpell+ - totally free << and i'll be talking about this1.

Features:
tinySpell (totally free - no adware/spyware/nagware/etc.)
Checks spelling in any Windows application
Checks spelling on-the-fly (alerts if the last typed word was
misspelled)
Checks spelling of text that is copied to the clipboard
Allows you to specify applications for which tinySpell is
disabled or enabled
Optionally beeps on error (beep sound can be easily set to any wav
file)
Opens replacements list with a simple mouse click or a hot-key
Optionally copies the selected replacement word to the clipboard
Optionally inserts the selected replacement word into the document
Allows you to add words to the dictionary
     Easy Enable/Disable
     Uses little system resources

my personel experience with the program was as follows -

please adjust the settings according to your needs. ( found after
hitting enter on tiny spell icon in system tray )
the default hot key for opening spelling suggestions list is down
arrow. which means, if you've typed something wrong, and if you have
beeping unabled, when it beeps, just hit down arrow, a list will open
of correct spellings, select the right1, and hit enter on it. that
word will be automaticly replaced with the correct word selected from
list.

you can also keep beep disable under menus or exit/disable the entire
program ( everything is under tiny spell icon at system tray)

since my typing is kind of okay, i keep beeping disabled, and whenever
i dont know the proper spelling, i type something close and hit down
arrow, select the right1, and hit enter. the wrong word is automaticly
gets replaced with the right1.

firstly, it is a program written from english speakers point of view,
so any hindi typing is considered error ( example " namaste" )

do adjust the program according to your needs please, more you play
with it, more you will get use too it.

the program by default automaticly starts with windows so you dont
need to go and click every time to start it.

it also checks windows explorer and shows up error for any file/folder
who's name haven't been entered properly. as i do have number of
indian mp3's, so i've disabled the program to check anything in
windows explorer.

since we do have some files which do not have exact proper english
names, its a good idea to tell the program to ignore file/folder
names, by ignoreing windows explorer.
steps for doing this is

1. open tiny spell from system tray ( jaws key +f11)
2. arrow down to aplications.
3. you will be on a radio button saying " tiny spell is disabled in
selected aplication and unable in all of them )
4. hit tab and you be on add button .
5. select windows explorer and hit okay.
6. tab til you get to okay again.
thats it!

pleas let me know if i can help in anyways in terms of softwares and
i'll be glad to create something useful
