Above all, there is lot of hope in this country for illiterate and
ignorant folks, since the so-called erudite judges can afford to be so
stupid and can still be successful in their jobs. I have been laughing
my gut out ever since I read that a judge has asked a doctor to
determine the capability of a person to work as a teacher. Even as an
eighth class kid I knew blind persons can work as teachers. God save
India!!!

State commissioner took six years to decide the case.
So, CCPD may take another six!!!!!

And, besides, such teethless bodies only add to grief by ordering
something on paper and leaving it tantalizingly unenforced.
