Dear Vijay Bhaiya, I think that you are directly trying to delete it from the program files.
If I am right then you should do it like this: Start>Control Panel, Add/remove programmes, Now go to win rar by pressing down down erro key. After reaching there, press tab untill you reach to "Add/remove Button". Hit enter. Follow the prompts. I think there is only one option "Are you sure you want to remove...", click on Yes.
