Hello ma'am, Yes ma'am we should vote during the elections. As part of special arangements, we from Devnar school for the blind in hyderabad, prepared the braille balette papers, I was there for the demo session, It was during the earlier CEC's time, but I couldn't get the choice of voting with that papers, but I don't know it's current status.
