Dear Janardhana,
Good morning!
I read your mail regarding your problems with MS Office Outlook 2003. I
shall advise to use only 1 mail client (either MS Office outlook 2003 or
Outlook express).
At home I am using Outlook express and in office I am using MS Outlook
2003. Initially, I also faced a lot of problems with MS Outlook 2003 but
now I do not face any more problems. It is simple to use.
Note the keyboard commands. If I have missed some please do forgive me.
1. To create new mail: Control+n
2. If you want to attach a file, just select the file, copy it and paste
it just after "Subject" in your drafted mail.
3. To forward: Control+f
4. To reply: Control+r
5. To reply to all: Alt+l
6. To send the mail: Use "Control+Enter".
7. To navigate between different e-mail addresses, press "Alt+t" (the
tools menu), then press "a" to go to the accounts options, then press
"Enter" then by using the up and down arrows you can go to the e-mail
addresses which you have configured. Points to note are that as you have
pressed the "Enter" key after going to the accounts, the first address is
the default e-mail address and if you want to use the second address, then
you have to press the down arrow and then press "tab" 4 times then an
option will come as default address, then press space bar then press
"shift+tab" 2 times to finish the process at that point just press "space
bar". When 1 has more than 1 e-mail configured, mails from all ids do come
to the inbox and while replying, it shall be continued from the same
address. But if you want to create a new mail and send, then the default
user address shall be used.
For any more queries can call me from 10 am to 5 pm because at that time I
shall be in office and I can tell the keyboard commands just by doing.
Keep smiling!
Take care and all the best.
With best regards,
Mahesh Narasimhan

Hello learned Colleagues,
I have recently configured MS office outlook 2003 with G mail. But I
have been facing problems in using office outlook 2003. Will you please
share office outlook 2003 shortcuts and tutorials with me? Can we
configure both outlook express and MS office outlook in one computer with
different mail IDs? Is it possible to configure yahoo mail ID with
outlook express or office outlook?
Your help is highly appreciated.
Thanks in anticipation.
G. Janardhana Naidu.
