Hai: Your question is very strange. I hope you understand the dynamics involved in this. It is far easier to ride the two wheeler (modified) with one leg, but without a hand it does look a bit difficult to understand how he can ride the bike. Because it will be difficult to balance the handle bar with just one hand. Any way, I feel it is a strange and a new problem which needs some engineering.
