I would also like to share my experience with you all. When I went to vote
on 23rd of april, there was no brail balett paper available at the poling
booth. But there were brail numbers on EVM. When I asked about brail balett
paper, they were not aware regarding the same. Where as, one of my vi friend
in pune told me that he has been given the brail paper for voteing.

We have a bad report from Praful and a good report from Ashiq. Therefore
Gujrat is still 50:50.
Bhopal and Mumbai are good.
Bangalore is horrible. Nagpur was also bad.
Lets see in the next phase.

to their polling booth. folks you are disgusting and you deserve to remain
where you are. No amount of effort will be enough to better your lot. You

Aren't we hearing two different things in Gujarat and Mumbai? Of course,
we can't expect everything to be right first time, but while things are
"excellent" in Mumbai, they are "not at all good" in Bangalore and in
other places. This gap can be bridged I think.
