Mr. Hari for the useful advice. But I am awaiting the answer for my second
question also from the knowledgeable people like you that is there any
method available to know the meanings of difficult words outlook express?
Can we use any dictionary or thesaurus like command in outlook express
itself?

Hello sir,
Go to tools menu> option dialog box > spelling and grammar tab page. There
you will find a check box " always check spelling before sending", check
that check box and hit ok button. Then every time before sending the mail
outlook express will do the spell check before sending your mail.
