Hi, You can make Microsoft Word the default editor for outgoing emails. Possible that you know of this and are looking for something beyond. Read further if you feel this can help you.
1. Open the Microsoft Outlook Options dialog box by selecting Options under the Tools (ALT+T) menu. 2. Switch to the 'Mail Format' tab page using CTRL+TAB. 3. Select desired message format from the 'Compose in this format' combo box. You can choose between HTML, Rich Text and Plain Text. The default is 'HTML'. 4. Next is a check box that says 'Use Microsoft Word <version> to edit email messages. Check this box by pressing the SPACEBAR if you wish to use Microsoft Word features while writing emails. 5. Next is a check box that says 'Use Microsoft Word <version> to read rich text email messages'. Check this box by pressing SPACEBAR if you wish to use Microsoft Word features while reading emails. 6. Activate the OK button. Note that your emails would open a little slowly as compared to the default editor when they are opened in Microsoft Word but you get to use the intuitive features of Microsoft Word.
